Residential Courses

The academy offers regular residential courses with full board and tuition by Sifu Gary Wragg covering all facets of Wu style Tai Chi Chuan. Participants can be of all levels, from complete beginners to instructors, and do not have to be members of Wu's Academy.

Classes will mostly take place outside, weather permitting! You can start the day with Chi Kung exercises, go on to sessions on the form, push hands, meditation, self defence and - for the more advanced - weapons. Training starts at 7 am and continues until 9.30 pm. Practitioners train as and when it suits them, and there are adequate rest breaks and meal times in between.
