This December Sifu Wu Kwong Yu, 5th Generation Head of the Wu family visited the London Academy of Wu Tai Chi Chuan.

Through 200 years, attendees were able first hand to experience the teachings of Yang Lu Chan, Wu Chuan Yao, Yang Ban Hou, Wu Chien Chuan, Yang Chen Fu, Yang Shou Hou, Wu Ta Kwe and Wu Kwong Yu.

All levels of experience were present; complete beginners, intermediate, advanced, seniors and instructors. The topics covered included exercises, Form, pushing hands, Chi Kung, self defence applications, Fa Jing, neutralising, strikes, locks, uprooting metods, division of the body and joints, history and theory.
