Instructor: Fiona Anderson
Tai Chi is particularly good for children, as the movements are slow and careful, encouraging focus and concentration, which will help not only with self-defence but with all other areas of life skills too.
The sessions will include warm-ups, stances, moving, sticking, sparring, various forms, and an introduction to how to use these in self-defence applications.
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend with their children, to see what happens, or to help their child.
Time: Sundays, 16.00-17.00pm
Age: These classes are suitable for children up to the age of 12. *
Cost: £5 per class, or just £2.50 each for additional family members.
