Eight session Tai Chi courses provide an introduction to exercises, meditation, pushing hands and self-defence techniques, as well as teaching the first 14 movements of the Wu style Tai Chi Chuan hand form. We have beginner Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes every day, with some in the morning and at lunchtime. You can start at any time with a flexible 8 and 5 session course, or you can join one of the 8 week group courses that start each month. Schedules can be found below. Flexible beginners' courses can start at any time. You can mix and match any classes from the schedule below, so these are ideal for shift workers or anyone with an irregular schedule. All classes are available from 5 January 2010. You may also attend these classes if you miss a session from a group course and would like to catch up before the next regular class. Following completion of your initial course, you may become a member and attend any of the classes below. You may also become a member without first attending a course.
